Kai Bae Beach Resort Koh Chang

The resort's beachfront location made mornings good, with easy access to the soft sands. I appreciated the super clean room with a comfortable bed, perfect for a nice sleep after a long day. Breakfast featured a variety of tasty options that stood out each morning. Staff members were attentive and genuinely cared for the guests' needs. The pool cleaning could have been more frequent. I noticed it needed attention . The surrounding area offered nice restaurants, but the bar closed too early for my liking. A bit more nightlife or evening options would enhance the overall experience.

The beachfront bungalows provided fine views with easy access to soft sands. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing pool and the variety of tasty options at breakfast.

The hotel of choice in Koh Chang. Incredibly beautiful brand-new property with affable staff at the reception desk. Large breakfast with omelettes cooked on demand, the omelets, Western food and FANTASTIC location.

The location was decent, but the staff's inability to speak english properly was a real issue. What a surprise that the hotel doesn't even have a gym! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after that unfortunate check-in. I was almost ready to leave a lovely review, but just couldn't due to all these shortcomings.

Our checkout experience was frustrating. This culminated in an unpleasant interaction with the front desk staff, who were dismissive rather than accommodating. The high prices in the hotel restaurant meant we chose not to dine there at all, quite disappointing.

Very nice bungalows with roof terrace. The location at the beach with the bungalows and quasi directly at the village is at the same time beautiful and practical. especially for people who are not good to walk. Everything is maintained. The staff is very friendly.

Were now the third time in a few years in the plant. The good level has remained, but prices are rising steeply. In addition, construction has been going on for years. Noise, dust and construction site atmosphere.
